Here is a list of organizations, places, Web sites, etc. working to help victims of Hurricane Katrina. Some of these accept goods such as clothing, food and water -- others are only accepting cash donations. Check with each resource individually to confirm.

If you can't reach these churches, you can take bottled water to any church for transfer to the Feed The Children organization.

7. Bottled Water Donations
At the Heritage Hall vs. Cassidy football game tonight, parents are taking donations and bottled water. They're delivering it to Feed the Children. The water will go directly to the victims of the hurricane.

8. Edmond North High School Relief
Edmond North High School will collect water, non-perishable food items, bedding supplies etc. Bring supplies to the JROTC building at the northwest corner of the school on Thursday and Friday, Sept. 1-2, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
9. McDonald's
All McDonald's restaurants are taking donations for the American Red Cross. Ronald McDonald House charity bins will serve as the donation canisters. All donated money will go to hurricane relief.
10. Edmond First Baptist Church
First Baptist Church of Edmond donation drop: 33rd and Bryant, or 919-0983.

Donations accepted Monday, Sept. 5, from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
11. Spinozi's
Bar & Grill donation drop: Sept. 7 from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. at 303 Northwest 63rd Street. All donations will benefit Feed The Children.

12. Sunrise Manor Apartments
The Sunrise Manor Apartments are donating apartments to hurricane victims. Call 672-0758 for details.
